Georgia’s most elegant and upscale tea room and venue space located in Historic Dacula, GA! Founded in 2021 by Tonya Jones, Vintage Pearls has partnered with Tiyonna Higgins of Studio 916 to provide an unparalleled experience for our guests, with no shortage of scones, tea sandwiches, assortment of teas, and most importantly…an elegant, rustic and upscale atmosphere.

High Tea Deposit *
A non refundable deposit is required upon booking. An electronic invoice will be emailed to you and must be paid within 24hrs to reserve your space. Invoices can be paid online or in person. We do not accept credit card payments over the phone! Your total minus a 25% transaction fee is refundable up to 3 days prior to your High Tea reservation date. Balance is due upon arrival.
High Tea Costs*
1-20 guests $485.00 plus tax for 2 hrs (includes venue rental, linen, small floral centerpiece, chiavari chairs) (assorted hot tea, mini quiche, chicken salad in filo cups, muffins, cookies and other baked delicacies.
20-30 guests $615.00 plus tax 2 hrs (includes linen, small floral centerpiece, chiavari chairs) (assorted hot tea, mini quiche, chicken salad in filo cups, muffins, cookies and other baked delicacies.
Cost applies to all guests including children.
Parking *
We are located at 2493 2nd Ave, Dacula, GA. Free, on-street parking is available in front of the tea room.
Liability *
ALL GUESTS MUST HAVE THEIR TEMPERATURE TAKEN BY OUR STAFF AND SIGN A COVID LIABILITY RELEASE FORM BEFORE ENTERING THAT WILL ALSO BE USED FOR CONTACT TRACING.
You must be at least 21 years of age to sign a reservation agreement. The person who signs the reservation agreement must be present at the time of the event. All children under the age of 14 must be accompanied by an adult. VP is not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged personal items. Any guests refusing to sign the liability release form or have their temperature taken by our staff will not be permitted inside VP’s tea room. Please make sure your guests are aware of these precaution standards we are adhering to before your event. There will be no refunds issued for stubborn guests.
